1. No Returns on Opened Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement only if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The item delivered is expired or defective.

To be eligible:

• as we have within 2 days of return policy
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

• Your order number
• Clear video of product without any cut or editing
• A brief explanation of the problem

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
• Refund Amount Will be credited in 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Replacements
If applicable, we may offer to send a replacement product will be delivered in 5-7 business day, depending on product availability.if there are no stock will make your full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

• Opened or used products
• Promotional items
• Items returned without original packaging
• Return requests made after 2 days of delivery

7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
